The Ultra Energy Smoothie - Wild Blueberry Purple

Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen wild blueberries
- ½ cup cubed sweet potato cooked and cooled
- 2 leaves red Swiss chard (or other greens)
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed
- ¼ cup beet juice
- ½ cup plant-based milk
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Directions:
In blender, combine ½ cup frozen wild blueberries; ½ cup cubed sweet potato, cooked and cooled; 2 leaves red Swiss chard (or other greens); 1 Tbsp flaxseed; ¼ cup beet juice; ½ cup plant-based milk; 1 tsp fresh ginger; and 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional). Process until smooth.
NUTRITION (per serving) 282 cal, 9 g pro, 49 g carb, 11 g fiber, 24 g sugars, 8 g fat, 1 g sat fat, 340 mg sodium
