Avocado Smoothie

Serves 2
Ingredients:
- ½ ripe avocado pitted and peeled
- ½ lg banana
- ¼ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- ¼ cup ice
- ¾ to 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Directions:
In blender, combine ½ ripe avocado, pitted and peeled; ½ lg banana; ¼ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt; ¼ cup ice; ¾ to 1 cup coconut water; 1 tsp agave nectar; and ¼ tsp cinnamon. Process until smooth and frothy. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon and serve.
